When it comes to patisserie, variety is vital. Puratos’ non-dairy toppings give you the control and taste you need to let your creativity run free.
We offer a complete range of UHT toppings packed in Tetrapak and bag-in-box. These ensure that you get 200-300% more volume compared to traditional toppings. Moreover, they are extremely stable and can even be used as a fresh cream stabiliser. Chantypak, Whippak and Duopak are specially recommended for patisserie applications. We also offer spray versions such as Chantyspray and Creamspray. For savoury applications, Cuisipak and Festipak give you everything you would need from a topping.
Silkpak and our latest introduction Ambiante are more specifically aimed at decoration. Their smoothness, sculptability and stability give splendid results in all applications.Currently, Puratos Canada Inc. does not locally manufacture non-dairy toppings.
