Margarines and fats play an important role in bakery and patisserie items. Not only do they reveal the flavour of the finished product but they also determine the outcome of a series of technical functionalities such as the flakiness of a croissant.

Altima Exclusive combines the delicious taste of butter with the give of an exceptional margarine. Specially developed for laminated dough, it immediately adds taste and value to croissants and Danish. Aristo is a range of 100% vegetable margarine, each of them being designed for specific applications: puff pastry, croissants, cakes and creams. The Aristo range also includes a 'Primeur' version with a delicious buttery aroma.

Other ranges such as Aloha and Argenta give specialities even more distinguishing characteristics. 

When it come to frying products such as doughnuts or other specialties, Topfri - a 100% vegetable frying fat - is ideal. It's famous for its low smoke point and its absence of sticky deposits.
