Flavouring preparations
Our flavouring products are either concentrated liquid or paste preparations. They allow manufacturers to easily introduce diversity to their range of product offerings as well enhance overall appeal.
As with all foods, consumers judge patisserie with their eyes, nose and finally the palate. Puratos therefore offers three tools to help stimulate these senses:
- Aroma: a range of high quality, concentrated aromas;
- Classic: a rich variety of flavouring fruit pastes; Available in Canada
- Summum: an assortment of flavouring pastes with at least 80% fruit pieces; Available in Canada
